1) Pray to Him, He will strengthen you and Give you peace
2) Think of 3 good small little achievements or good things that He has given you today before you go to bed – eg: He saved you from car accident, or keserempet orang, You ate a good food today, or any good small things that happened in your life that day
3) Thank Him for it and you will eventually smile and sleep.
